Sleeve (silicone ear-tip) is falling off the Nightbuds earbud

You may find that after some use of the Nightbuds the sleeves (silicone ear-tip) fall off the earbud too easily. This can mean that the earbud slips out of the ear.

A common cause of this is the build up of sweat between the earbud body and the silicone sleeve. The earbud body and silicone sleeve are tacky when clean and dry but a small build up of sweat will cause all this friction to be lost and ultimately for the sleeve to fall off the earbud too easily.

1. First check if there is any build up of fluid by removing the sleeve and rubbing the earbud body with your finger.
