By understanding the science behind sleep, what affects it and why, we can make more informed choices around our lifestyle and daily behaviour to help improve our sleep and energise our days.
We don’t believe in ‘one size fits all’. Rather than offer general advice on sleep hygiene, MyKokoon recommends Coaching content for you based on your sleep data.
The app identifies the key areas of of impact and improvement in your sleep patterns, and recommends content that can help to inform and inspire changes that can improve it.
