Care information for Kokoon Relax

To help ensure you get the most from your Kokoon Relax headphones, please follow our product care guidance. 

Kokoon carry case

Keep your headphones in their carry case when not in use, to keep your headphones protected from accidental damage.  

Earpads

The earpad covers and inners are washable. Once you have removed them, these can be washed by hand with warm water or a gentle detergent. Ensure the earpad covers are completely dry before returning to the headphones. Do not tumble dry. 

EEG electrodes 

If you notice a residual build up on the EEG electrode surfaces, clean these gently using a soft cloth or cotton wool. Do not use cleaning agents, as these are abrasive to the electrodes and may damage them. If available, a small amount of rubbing alcohol may be used to clean the electrode surfaces.
