Over the recent weeks some customers have been experiencing problems with:
- Logging in to the Kokoon Relax app
- Creating an account in the Kokoon Relax app
- Being unable to reset your account’s password if you’ve forgotten it
- My sleep data says ‘Syncing Sleep Data’ but never finishes, meaning detailed sleep data cannot be accessed
We are aware of these issues and would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are working hard on resolving these problems and our server that is behind all the Audio and Sleep Data processing is undergoing an upgrade to ensure it’s scalable for the future.
Our sleep data processing algorithms have been improved and we’ve seen some issues when it’s trying to process long sessions. We’re working hard to integrate some bug fixes and many improvements to performance, but during this time we are seeing the stability issues mentioned earlier.
We expect to have all systems back up and running by the end of February, but general app stability will improve throughout the month.
