If you have slept with your Kokoon Relax headphones, and did not get a detailed sleep history, please ensure you are using version 2.6 or above of the app. You can check your current app version in Settings > Version info.
Ensure your headphones have a full charge before sleep, so they do not power off in the night.
Allow the app some time to sync your data. This may take over 10 minutes to refresh, and will require an internet connection. If you have not seen your data after 10 minutes, try swiping down to refresh the page.
If you slept for under 2.5 hours using the headphones, the app will not have enough information to provide a full breakdown of your sleep. You will only see a Sleep onset score and a breakdown of time spent awake and asleep.
A detailed historical view of sleep data will only be available if you used the Kokoon Relax app and Kokoon audio for sleep. The option to use external audio will be part of our next app update.
