Due to some phone's operating systems, you may find your volume is too low.
For Android devices, this is most commonly resolved by disabling Bluetooth Absolute Volume, within your phone's settings. For some devices, this may be found in the Developer Options for your phone. To find out more relating to your phone, please refer to the manufacturer guidance. Do not make any changes to volume settings while wearing the headphones, as this may cause a sudden large volume increase.
For Samsung devices running Android 8 and above:
To resolve this, enable Media Volume Sync settings in your phone's Bluetooth settings, to ensure that the phone system volume will sync with the headphones volume.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Connections.
- Tap Bluetooth.
- Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Tap Media Volume Sync.
- Tap the toggle switch in the top right corner of the screen to turn Media Volume Sync on.
Please note: Do not do this while wearing the headphones, as this may cause a sudden large increase in volume.
If the above does not resolve your issue, or you have an iOS device, please try rebooting your phone. If this does not resolve the issue, try resetting your headphones. Instructions on how to reset your headphones can be found here.
