We are aware that the Kokoon app running on certain Android devices (listed below) are not connecting to the Philips Sleep Headphone and Kokoon Nightbuds.
The headphones with these Android devices are able to connect as a Bluetooth device in the phone settings and play music normally (Spotify, Audible etc etc).
For instructions on how to resolve this issue please see article linked below:

Further information about how the issue may affect your experience
Users who had previously successfully used the app:
The issue will prevent headphones from being able to connect in the Kokoon app and an exclamation mark (!) will remain next to the headphone symbol:
New users:
If you have created an app account, logged in but never previously connect a device to the app this issue will cause you to get stuck on 'Please connect your device to your phone' screen - even if your device is connected OK to the Bluetooth in the phone settings:
If you see the above issue and your device is one of those listed below the support team can manually allow entry to the app if you get in contact with us here - this means a new user can at least use the Kokoon app audio content whilst this issue is being resolved.
