If you would like to cancel your Kokoon app subscription, please head to the account section of the app and then select 'Cancel subscription'.
You can cancel your subscription at any time and your billing will not auto-renew but you will still have access to the Kokoon app for the remainder of your licence period.
For example: if you purchased your 12 month subscription on 1st January 2024, the licence period will be valid until 1st January 2025. If you cancel your subscription anytime in 2024, your subscription will not auto-renew and you will not be charged again, however you will have access to all app features throughout 2024.
