Be kind with your Sleep Headphones, do not over-stretch the cable when handling them.

Storing your Sleep Headphones in their protective case is the best way to protect them and to keep them in good shape.

Cleaning

• The silicone sleeves and earbud body must be free from any residual fluid or sweat if they are to maintain a strong hold: Clean the silicone sleeves with soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly before re-assembly. Clean the earbud body with a damp soapy cloth to remove any residual fluid or sweat. Wipe with a damp wet cloth and dry thoroughly
• To maintain good sound quality, clean the acoustic nozzle regularly using an alcohol-based cleaner on a cotton bud.
