How to?
Connect them to a USB power source using the provided USB-A to USB-C cable. Please ensure this is connected to the mains via a wall-type adapter and not via a lamp/car/other power source or solely USB charging ports. When you see the LED flash green 4 times, charging has started,
While charging:
After the LED has flashed 4 times at the beginning of charging, the LED will no longer show. To check the charging status, press the o button. A flashing green LED indicates your Sleep Headphones are still charging. A solid green LED indicates your Sleep Headphones are now fully charged.
When fully charged:
The LED will go solid green when pressing the o button or when the headphones are unplugged.
Also note: Sleep Headphones cannot be used or powered-on whilst plugged into a power source.
How long for?
We recommend charging for at least 60 mins before a full night’s sleep.
You can check the battery level of your Sleep Headphones at any time from within the Kokoon app.
Troubleshooting
Please note that the Sleep Headphones will not charge from certain laptop USB ports. If you find your Sleep Headphones are not charging from your laptop USB port please try a wall-adapter type USB charging port.
Please do not hang your Sleep Headphones whilst charging. Ensure that they are on a surface so the cable isn't under stress.
Blue LED when charging: if a blue LED appears when charging this means that there has been some interruption to the charging process. We find this issue often occurs if using 'Fast Charging' type phone chargers (as they are not always fully USB charging compliant). Please use an alternative charging port if this issue arises.
