Before wearing, remove any obstructions around your ears such as jewellery or hair. It also helps to ensure your ears are nice and clean. It’s important to make sure that the earbuds are comfortable, and that the sensors make good contact with the skin. Any dirt or obstructions could make for a less comfortable fit, but also lead to poor signal which will impact sleep monitoring.
With the Sleep Headphones the correct way up (the Philips logo should be upright), hold them towards the end of the cables, and carefully bring the cables over the back of your head and & tops of the ears.
Position the tip of the ear bud on the opening of the ear canal, and gently push in a forward motion. Place the wing of the earbud towards the back of your ear. Your Nightbuds should now feel snug.
