Tips for all-night comfort:
- It can take a few nights of sleep in the Sleep Headphones to get used to them. Often what seems a little weird at first becomes natural over time. If you do have an uncomfortable night we advise to let any residual ear pain completely clear before trying again, check this by gently pressing your ear with a finger tip to detect any soreness. Residual pain can take a few days to clear so please be patient with the process.
- Arrange your pillow in a comfortable position, supporting both your head and neck, minimising the pressure on your ear / earbud.
- As well as getting used to wearing the Sleep Headphones in bed it is also very important to find the right size sleeve.
