Where is my order?

We are currently moving warehouses so there may be a shipping delay with your Nightbuds order.

By territory

USA - All Nightbud orders have been dispatched. If you are yet to receive your order, please reach out to us here and we can locate your order

EU - All Nightbud orders will be dispatched by the end of this week (w/c 30th October). If you are yet to receive your order by 6th November 2023, please contact us here and we can help with your order.

UK - There is a slightly longer delay in the UK so please bear with us. We are so sorry for the delay and are working as hard as we can behind the scenes to speed up the process. All Nightbud orders will be dispatched within the next two weeks. Please contact us here if you have any further queries

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details attached.

Your order will be with you within five days of being dispatched. If you are yet to receive your order after five days, please get in touch with us here
