Broken headphones? We understand the worry if your product breaks. Purchases made from Kokoon or an authorized retailer are covered by our warranty policy:
Kokoon Technology products, purchased from an authorized Kokoon Technology retailer are covered by a 1 year limited warranty (2 years EU), from the date of purchase or, where the product was purchased as part of a pre-sale, from the date of delivery.
Kokoon Technology warrants that this product, when delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, from a Kokoon authorized reseller and used in normal conditions, is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship.
This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift, named on either the shipping or billing address, and is non-transferable.
Consumables and components subject to wear and tear, including, but not limited to, batteries, cloth fronts, ear gels and other accessories are exempt from this warranty.
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; accident; excess moisture; power surges; connections to improper voltage supply; unauthorized alteration or modification of original condition; or repair of products damaged by these modifications; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace (using new or refurbished replacement parts) any defective parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge.

Please provide proof of purchase from an authorized Kokoon dealer, your serial number, and proof of the defect. Kokoon will provide return instructions if the claim is accepted.
This limited warranty does not affect any of your statutory rights.
