Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with the item and want to return. Shipping fees are non-refundable, returning the items are at the customer's cost and responsibility. Returns must be sent back to Kokoon within 14 days of our team providing return instructions. If a return is received outside of this 14 day period, the return request will expire and a refund will not be processed. T&Cs apply.
To initiate a refund, please contact us through our help-desk website here and submit a support ticket. You will need to provide your order details and the reason why you’d like a refund.
If your product is faulty (and still under warranty), you will be eligible for a replacement pair of headphones once your faulty pair have been sent back to us. If you think your product is faulty or has issues please raise a ticket here (You can find our warranty terms here)
