Should you wish to return your headphones for a refund, let us know within 30 days and we will arrange for their return. We will refund the original price minus shipping costs. To initiate a refund please raise a ticket here.
If your product is faulty (and still under warranty), we will also arrange for a free return of your headphones for replacement. If you think your product is faulty or has issues please raise a ticket here (You can find our warranty terms here)
