Should you wish to return your headphones for a refund, let us know within 14 days and we will arrange for their return. We will refund the original price minus shipping costs.
If you have a warranty claim, we will also arrange for a free return of your headphones for replacement. You can find our warranty terms here.
To initiate a return please fill in our returns form, which you can find here. If you are based in Canada, please contact our Canadian support team here. A member of the team will get back to you with returns labels.
